Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Often shipping is quicker, but if you have a specific deadline required to have your order in hand please send us a message at abi@bonafidebookworm.com to check if we can meet it.
Note: This order processing time is separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Orders ship from California, and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All US orders over $75 ship free!
International Shipping
Orders ship from California, and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Christmas Advent Calendar Shipping
If you preorder the Christmas Advent Calendar, they will ship mid-late November. Please order them separately from any other items in your cart, otherwise everything in your cart will ship in November when the advent calendar ships.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For orders in the US, if you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at abi@bonafidebookworm.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
